Client engagements are governed by a separate written engagement agreement that includes confidentiality terms, scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Those engagement terms supersede these general Terms where inconsistent. Confidential client work is never published without the client's express written consent.

The website, channel, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. PSIGNAL does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSIGNAL, its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, channel, services, or content. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against PSIGNAL.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website, channel, or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
