Terms of Service

Effective January 1, 2026 · Last updated April 24, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the psignal.org website, the PSIGNAL YouTube channel, and any services provided by PSIGNAL Intelligence Solutions ("PSIGNAL," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site, the channel, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Nature of services

PSIGNAL provides decision environment intelligence services using Scientific Remote Viewing (SRV) methodology. Our reports, briefings, and published commentary represent what session data suggests about the present state of a decision environment, the people involved, or the dynamics surrounding a decision.

Our services and content are opinion and analytical commentary. They are produced through a disciplined protocol and delivered in good faith. They are not predictions, forecasts, guarantees, or professional financial, legal, medical, or investment advice. They are not intended as statements of fact about any third party.

2. Editorial commentary on public figures and matters of public interest

PSIGNAL produces, publishes, and distributes editorial commentary on public figures, public companies, public events, and matters of legitimate public interest. This commentary is protected expression under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.

All published session work and analysis represents:

  • Subjective opinion and impression-based analysis derived from a documented protocol, not statements of objective fact
  • Commentary on matters of public concern as determined under New York Times Co. v. Sullivan and its progeny
  • Analysis based on publicly available information about public figures and entities

PSIGNAL does not knowingly publish false statements. If you believe any specific published statement is factually inaccurate, contact us at info@psignal.org and we will review the matter promptly.

3. Informational and educational purpose

Content published on the PSIGNAL website, the PSIGNAL YouTube channel, and our Exclusive Series content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for independent professional judgment, due diligence, or licensed advisory services.

Any decision you make based on PSIGNAL content or engagement is your own. You bear sole responsibility for the outcome. PSIGNAL does not direct or instruct you to take any specific action with respect to any third party, investment, transaction, or relationship.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Scientific Remote Viewing is a disciplined methodology, not an infallible one. PSIGNAL makes no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any session, report, or briefing. Clients engaging our services acknowledge this expressly in the engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the PSIGNAL website and channel, including text, graphics, logos, video, session materials, and written reports, is the property of PSIGNAL Intelligence Solutions or its licensors unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, redistribute, repurpose, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

References to third-party names, trademarks, and likenesses appear in the context of editorial commentary on matters of public concern, in keeping with established protections for news, opinion, and commentary.

6. Confidential client engagements

Client engagements are governed by a separate written engagement agreement that includes confidentiality terms, scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Those engagement terms supersede these general Terms where inconsistent. Confidential client work is never published without the client's express written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the PSIGNAL website or services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe the rights of any third party
  • Disrupt, damage, or interfere with the website or its users
  • Attempt to access content, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access
  • Misrepresent yourself or impersonate another party
  • Use the services to harass, threaten, or harm any person
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content for unauthorized purposes

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The website, channel, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. PSIGNAL does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PSIGNAL, its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, channel, services, or content. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if PSIGNAL has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall PSIGNAL's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid PSIGNAL in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars (USD $100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PSIGNAL, its principals, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any decision you make based on PSIGNAL content or engagement.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action against PSIGNAL.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website, channel, or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
