Methodology

Scientific Remote Viewing.

A protocol-driven discipline refined over four decades. We apply it to the hidden factors inside consequential decisions.

The process

How a session works.

From a sealed coordinate to intelligence you can act on. Six steps, one discipline.

1

Coded target

Your subject becomes a blind coordinate. The viewer never knows what they're perceiving.

2

Blind session

A trained viewer works the code under protocol, recording raw impressions.

3

Second viewer

On Strategic, a second viewer works the same target blind, independently.Cross-validated

4

Sealed, then analyzed

The session is sealed, then translated into the decision-environment layers.

5

Checked against record

Findings are documented and verified against the public record where possible.

6

Delivered

A written report, executive summary, and a founder debrief.

The framework

The layers of a decision environment.

Every consequential decision sits inside layers of context, and we map them.

I
Surface

The Subject

Who is deciding, and what they actually want underneath the stated objective.
II
Surface

The Counterparty

The true posture and intent of the other side, regardless of the position they have presented.
III
Mid-depth

The Structure

Entities, capital flows, and incentive architectures shaping the move from underneath.
IV
Mid-depth

The Pressures

External and internal forces compressing the decision window. Why now, and what happens if not.
V
Core

The Hidden Factor

The single element nobody else has reached. The factor the viewers perceive as shaping this decision environment in a way no other source surfaces.
In depth

The method, in detail.

A refined method. Not speculation.

A disciplined method to retrieve information about a target without conventional access. Taught, tested, documented.

1978 to 1995

Project Stargate

U.S. military programs prove the method retrieves target information well beyond chance.

1995, today

Scientific Remote Viewing

Dr. Courtney Brown founds The Farsight Institute. Codifies SRV as the modern, refined evolution.

PSIGNAL today

Applied to Capital

SRV applied to high-stakes decisions. Farsight-trained viewers. Co-founder oversight, every engagement.

Every session follows protocol. We report what the viewers perceived, nothing added.

Why we work blind.

The viewer never knows the target. That single discipline is what separates clean signal from speculation.

Before each session, the real subject becomes a coded target. The viewer works the code, never the name. The instant they recognize what they're looking at, expectations and prior knowledge contaminate the data. Blind protocol prevents that. It forces perception to come from somewhere other than memory.

What the viewer produces is raw: sketches, descriptors, sensory impressions. Only after the session is sealed does analysis begin.

One viewer or two. A single trained viewer working blind produces clean signal. Two trained viewers working blind on the same coded target, on different days, without communicating, produce cross-validated signal. Both follow the same protocol. Cross-validation is the standard for our recurring intelligence work, where the same counterparty is read repeatedly over time and signal stability across viewers becomes a useful diagnostic in itself. Precision uses one viewer. Strategic uses two.

What it is not.

Not prediction. We retrieve the present state of a decision, not future events. The framing is always what the viewers perceived, never a claim of fact.

Not interpretation. The viewer produces structured data, not conclusions. Analysis happens after, under separate discipline.

Not psychic entertainment. The work stands on the public record. Every published case was conducted before the facts became known, then checked against what surfaced. Practiced, not performed.

Not infallible. Session data requires synthesis. We report what the viewers perceived with calibrated confidence, naming where it is strong and where it is ambiguous.

Where the method comes from

Four decades of documented research.

Remote viewing was not built for the boardroom. Its roots are in Cold War research funded by the CIA and the Defense Intelligence Agency, studied for years at Stanford Research Institute and later run as a classified intelligence program. That work is now declassified and part of the public record.

Dr. Courtney Brown refined that body of research into Scientific Remote Viewing, a structured and repeatable blind protocol, and has taught it at the Farsight Institute since 1995. That is the discipline our viewers are trained in, and the discipline behind every session we run.
