PSIGNAL Intelligence Solutions ("PSIGNAL," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have regarding your information. This policy applies to psignal.org and any related services we provide.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you submit an intake form, request access to an Exclusive Series, or otherwise contact us, we collect information you choose to provide. This typically includes:

  • Name and email address
  • Phone number (when provided)
  • Company or organization name (when provided)
  • The decision context or message you share with us

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city or region level)
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • Pages visited and time spent
  • Referring URL

Information we do not collect

We do not collect biometric data, neural data, precise geolocation data, government identifiers, financial account information through this website, or any sensitive personal information as defined under California Civil Code section 1798.140(ae) unless you voluntarily provide it as part of an intake form.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and intake requests
  • Deliver Exclusive Series content and other gated content you have requested
  • Provide and improve our services
  • Communicate with you about engagements, scheduling, or follow-up
  • Analyze website usage to improve content and user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect our rights, property, and safety, and that of our clients and others

We do not use automated decision-making technology (ADMT) to make significant decisions about you. We do not use your personal information to train AI or machine learning models.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not act as a data broker.

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the website, deliver email, host video content, and process intake submissions. These include our email and CRM provider, video hosting provider, and website infrastructure provider. They are contractually limited to using your information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
  • Professional advisors such as legal counsel and accountants when reasonably necessary
  • Authorities when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect legal rights
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

Our website uses a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies. These include:

  • Essential cookies required for the website to function
  • Analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers also allow you to refuse cookies entirely, though this may affect website functionality.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for the device or browser sending the signal.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

You have the right to:

  • Delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising)
  • Non-discrimination for exercising these rights
  • Opt out of automated decision-making technology used for significant decisions (we do not use ADMT for significant decisions)

For Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island residents

Effective January 1, 2026, you have rights under your state's comprehensive consumer data protection law, which generally include the right to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

For residents of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws

Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Tennessee, Iowa, Delaware, Maryland, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Nebraska have similar rights under their respective state laws.

How to exercise your rights

To exercise any of these rights, email info@psignal.org with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and identify the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 45 days). We may need to verify your identity before processing your request to protect your information.

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written proof of authorization.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:

  • Intake form submissions are retained while a potential engagement is active and for up to 24 months thereafter
  • Email subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe
  • Engaged client records are retained per the engagement agreement and applicable professional standards
  • Website analytics data is retained in aggregated, non-identifying form

7. Confidential client information

Information shared with us as part of an active or prospective client engagement is held under separate confidentiality protections specified in the engagement agreement. The subject of session tasking, the identity of clients, and the contents of session reports are never disclosed without express client consent or as required by law.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. These include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and limiting personal information access to those with a business need. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by law.

9. Children's privacy

The PSIGNAL website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at info@psignal.org and we will delete it.

10. International users

PSIGNAL operates from the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

11. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice such as an email to subscribers or a prominent notice on the website.
